Tina M. (Stevens) Johnson

Tina M. Johnson, 53, of Shelbyville, IL passed away at 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.

Tina was born on November 27, 1968, in Shelbyville, the daughter of John Raymond Denton and Evelyn I. (Dayhuff) Stevens.  Tina and Danny Johnson were united in marriage and from that union they were blessed with two daughters, Ashley and Deserae.  Tina treasured time with her children and grandchildren and was an avid dog lover.  

Surviving are her children:  Ashley Hoover of Shelbyville, Deserae (Casey) Allen of Shelbyville, Dakotah Ragan of Cowden, Devin Moon of Shelbyville and Destiney Ragan of Shelbyville; brother, John Stevens Jr. of Cowden and many grandchildren.     

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Evelyn Stevens; sister, Charie Brown and one grandchild, Taylor.  

Private family services will be held.  Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Shelbyville is assisting the family.
