Barbara K. Clark, 67, of Windsor, IL passed away at 8:20 a.m. on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at home.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Shelbyville. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Shelbyville. Memorials may be made in Barbara's name to the American Cancer Society. A private family burial will be held.
Barbara was born on August 26, 1952, in Poplar Bluff, MO, the daughter of Henry and Betty (Hood) Ballew. Barbara and Kenneth Clark were united in holy matrimony on April 3, 1968. Barbara was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Kenneth Clark of Windsor; children: Christina (Dale) Biella of Sauk Village, Cynthia (Jeff) Anders of Rutledge, TN, Susan Brooks of Pana, Thomas Clark of Windsor; siblings: Douglas (Kim) Ballew, Pat Tsnow, Sharon Schaefer, Mike Ballew and Mark (Hope) Ballew, all of Fredericktown, MO, Jim (Laura) Ballew of Branson, MO and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gary Ballew.
