Mabel Edith Stuckey, 85, of Shelbyville passed away at 4:45 p.m. Saturday (February 7, 2009) at the Shelbyville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
Memorials services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday February 22, 2009 in the Lockart-Green Funeral home, Shelbyville with Rev. Jeff Grote officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville.
She was born February 9, 1923 in Shelbyville, the daughter of Harry McClellan and Annabelle (Forbes) Barr. She married Isadore Lee Stuckey and he preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and was formerly employed at PPG in Mt.Zion and Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Surviving are daughter, Ellen Puckett (Jim) of Pana; grandchildren, Regina McMillan, Jeff Glick, Monica Osborne, Jennifer Evans, Mark Swigart, Jr. and Dana Sincebaugh; brother, William Barr of Decatur; sisters, Laura Perry of Shelbyville and Margaret Halbrook of Tower Hill.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons, Mark Swigart and James McClellan; brothers, Daniel, Jess and Joseph Barr and sisters, Mary Perry and Edith Fleming.
