Phyllis June Seals, 73, of Ft. Myers Beach, FL formerly of Windsor passed away at 3:00 p.m. Sunday (July 5, 2009) at the Sarah Bush Lincoln Heath Care Center, Coles, County.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday in the Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, Windsor with Pastor Cathy Minor officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in the Windsor Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.
She was born July 6, 1935 in Shelby County the daughter of William Harold (Buck) and Eula Faye (Camic) Cole. She married Mack Seals October 20, 1976 and he preceded her in death December 2, 1986.
She was a member of the Windsor United Methodist Church and the Eagles Club of Mattoon. She loved to cook, ceramics and crafts, loved the beach and especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are sons, Eugene F. Harl of Shelbyville and Michael L. Harl of Windsor; grandchildren, Bryant F. Harl, Calee A. Harl, Rachele R. Carter, Michelle J. Harl, Danielle R. Harl, Arielle N. Harl, Chantelle L. Harl and Gabrielle A. Harl; great-grandson, William B. Harl; sisters, Nancy Metcalf (Lee) of Port Orange, FL and Jo Lawyer (Ronnie) of Columbus, GA; sister-in-law, Patty Cole of Windsor.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother, Bill Cole. |
