Mary L. (Grady) Ritchel, 57 of Pana, IL, formerly of Cowden, IL, passed away at 11:10 AM Thursday May 1, 2008 in Prairie Rose Health Care Center in Pana.
Mary was born Sept. 14, 1950 in Colorado the daughter of Henry B. and Mary Catherine White Grady.
Mary graduated from Sullivan High School.She assisted with teaching the G.E.D. Program in Cowden for Lakeland College of Mattoon, IL.
Surviving are her son J.R. Ritchel and wife Natasha of Cowden, IL; grandsons: Dillon Ritchel and Cordell Ritchel; sister Sue Kirk of Taylorville, IL; brother Bill Grady of Sullivan, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Henry O. Grady.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday May 3, 2008 in Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Cowden.Visitation will be from 10:00 AM Saturday until service time.Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Cowden. Memorials: Donor’s Choice
