Russell Richardson
Russell E. Richardson, 67, of rural Bethany died at 5:00 p.m. Monday (April 14, 2008) in the Shelby Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Lockart-Green Funeral Home, Findlay with James Skelton officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Todds Point Cemetery near Findlay. Memorials may be made to the Red Cross.
He was born October 25, 1940 in Decatur the son of Arthur and Blanche Elder Richardson. He married Tonia Skelton November 5, 1961 in Decatur at the Lakeview Baptist Church.
He was a retired farmhand and was a member of the Lakeview Baptist Church in Decatur.
Surviving are his wife, Tonia; daughters, Teresa Miller (Melvin) of Arthur, Trenda Capper of Decatur, Tahnee Richardson of Bethany and Totie Richardson of Venice, FL; son, Russell (Rusty) Richardson of Decatur; grandchildren, Lisa Marie Miller, Chastity Linn Miller, Heather Michele Miller, Darwin Alexander Richardson, Bryce Russell Capper, Kodi Lee Miller and Charlie Joe Tippit; great-granddaughter, Tesa Lyn Richardson; brothers, Stanley Richardson (Alberta) of Decatur and William Roger Richardson (Carol) of Herrick; sisters, Mary Zintera of Decatur, Shirley Brummett (Dale) of Oklahoma and Audrey Idona Russell of South Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Jack Richardson and Frank Richardson and sisters, Inez Richardson and Betty Arnold.
