Gladys G. Morford, 102, of Fairhope, AL formerly of Windsor passed away at her daughter’s home in Fairhope on Sunday August 9, 2009.
Private graveside services will be held on Friday in the Windsor Cemetery. Arrangements are by Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, Windsor.
Gladys was born January 1, 1907 in Tydall, SD the daughter of Bert and Tress Rankin Richards. She married Thurman (Hap) Morford January 1, 1925.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sisters, Inez Krietimier and Daisy Caspary.
Surviving are one sister, Alee Grove of Woodland Park, CO; two daughters, Jacque Grove of Mission, TX and Jeanette Katsimpalis of Fairhope, AL; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
