Linda Hudson, 73, of Malabar, FL passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2009 with her devoted family by her side after fighting a courageous four year battle with cancer.
Linda, a homemaker, was born June 13, 1936 in Shelby County, IL to the late Dwight and Jeannine Moore Hodson. She bowled in three different leagues with her daughter and enjoyed oil painting.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, David; daughter, Robbie and her son, Rick, as well as two beloved sisters, Margie Mooney and Nina Henderson; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in Mound Cemetery, Cowden. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the Lockart-Green Funeral Home, Cowden. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
