Betty I. Fraker, 79, of Windsor passed away at 8:35 a.m. Tuesday (December 14, 2010) at the Sullivan Health Care Center.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Windsor Cemetery with Rev. Richard Eident officiating. Arrangements are by Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, Windsor.
She was born September 28, 1931 in Windsor the daughter of Hiram and Anna (Batson) Whitlatch. She married Billy R. Fraker in 1953 in Springfield.
She was a member of the Windsor Christian Church and the Women of the Moose in Mattoon.
Surviving are her husband, Billy; son Robert of Windsor; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sons, Michael, Patrick and Eric Fraker, and sister, Wanda Whitlatch.
