Delbert E. Finefield 66 of Findlay, IL passed away at 9:35 PM Wednesdays Dec. 2, 2009 in Shelby Memorial Hospital in Shelbyville.There will be no services.The family is being assisted by Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Findlay.
